lack of map customization, there are currently only 12 maps in the game vs TF2's 100's and no way for the community to contribute new maps.

£40 game, no free trial option before purchasing (this could change). no ammo boxes, you still need to reload when your clip is empty but you never go out of ammo and need to look for an ammo box, however health packs do exist in various sizes. it is possible to get crits via headshots and these are marked at x2 normal damage whilst widowmaker (the sniper class) deals slightly more. crits can be earned though careful aiming. teams are fixed and you will never be thrown onto the enemy team if someone leaves, the game will just bring in a new player that is queueing for a match. no domination system to take your mind off the objective to go get a revenge kill, so everybody is always playing the objective instead of run and gun one guy. 
ults are fun and add something fresh to an fps style game, they can turn the tide of a game if used well or throw a game if used badly.many achievements and unlockables to earn aswell as progression through a leveling system.more choices of hero/class to pick meaning theres something for everybody to enjoy.
paid game means less kids in your games which older players will enjoy.promises of new content added free of charge.newer game engine runs more smoothly on modern pcs and has less glitches.
